We understand there can be times when customers are not able to repay their loans in full on the due date. In these situations we will consider giving an extension of the loan, but only after we have assessed whether the potential for any extension will adversely affect your financial situation.
You may apply to extend your loan by logging into your account or by calling our Customer Service team. If we agree to extend your loan, you will only owe a finance charge on your next pay date. The principal of your existing loan will be 'rolled over' into a new loan due on your following pay date. Extensions, partial payment and early payoff requests must be received at least three working days prior to your due date.
At Cash Until Friday we offer two ways for you to receive your money. The first being a ‘Faster Payment Service’ this means you will receive your money on the same day you apply for your loan and the money may even reach your account within the hour. The second being a BACS transfer which takes 2-3 days for the money to reach your account. For the ‘Faster Payment Service’ we charge £12, the BACS option is free of charge.

The only way costs will change beyond our initial calculation is if you fail to pay back the agreed amount on the due date. In other words, if you don’t make sure enough funds are available for automatic collection. If our collection attempt is declined by your bank - because you haven't ensured enough funds are available - we will do our best to contact you and resolve the situation as soon as possible. If your circumstances have changed significantly, then we will do our best to offer a solution and come to an arrangement that works best for you. We will also report continued failure to repay the loan to credit reference agencies, and this might make it more difficult to obtain credit in the future.
